Leah Rowe a06c38ce15 change default volname in grub.cfg ...

it's been a while since we did encrypted /boot
and the current name sucks.

it's unlikely that anyone still uses it, but
people will soon

change the default assumed lvm name to grubcrypt
and stick to that.
