for all intents and purposes, this functions like libgfxinit corebootfb, but uses intel fsp's video initialisation instead of coreboot's native initialisation code this is currently in use on the x2e n150 mainboard, whose config is dubiously named "libgfxinit_corebootfb" now the config can be renamed, and will be, in the next commit.
