3050micro: Re-enable SeaGRUB

Remove what is now unnecessary bloat, for ensuring that
GRUB is the primary payload; SeaGRUB is the only preference,
as per lbmk design.

The SeaBIOS hanging issue was fixed, so SeaGRUB is OK now.
