lbutils: only use GNU SOURCE for syscall

Browse Source 
and remove manual prototypes; fchmod, realpath
and so on rely on the _XOPEN_SOURCE macro.

the POSIX macro wasn't needed: _XOPEN_SOURCE
is sufficient.
